Maximum time of the passengers’ late attendance/postponing/delaying the flight above the time, specified in the confirmation is no more than one hour. Any other passengers’ late attendance/postponing/delaying the flight above the time, specified in the confirmation is subject to reconfirmation with GetJet. In case of impossibility of postponing or delaying the departure time, the aircraft is authorized to legally depart without the passengers. The flight charges which had been paid by (had been charged to) the customer are not returned to (should be paid by) the customer in full.

The agreed price is valid only if booking confirmation from the operator has been received and the operator has obtained all necessary permissions and slots.

The price is valid only if aircraft parking in the scheduled airports has been fully confirmed when it is required for merging flights.

The price does not include the costs of de-icing of the aircraft (if necessary) in airports along the route including repositioning before and depositioning after the flight.

The price does not include any costs arising from extending working hours of crew/ airports, any extra landings, alterations to the agreed schedule, aircraft time on the ground exceeding the confirmed schedule, extra budgetary catering, the usage of satellite phone or Internet on board.

Cancellation fees may vary depending on shortness of notice, operator’s cancellation policy and possibility to find substitute merge. The customer hereby agrees that final fee announced by GetJet will be covered undisputedly.
