Going to London during COVID-19?

This is perhaps one of the most common questions for the last month. Let's deal with the rules.

The UK is not closed; it refused to impose a ban on the entry of representatives of other states. This means that the entry to London itself, as throughout the UK, is carried out in the usual manner (Russian passport and visa).

If you look at the map COVID-19: Map of permitted flights and indicate Russia - United Kingdom, legal status - only Russian citizenship, then the United Kingdom will be highlighted in green, that is, there are no restrictions on entry.

But Russia will be highlighted in yellow and that means that there are restrictions - and on exit. And only those passengers who have “a different citizenship or residence permit or other valid document confirming the right to reside permanently in a foreign state” can leave and, according to a government decree of April 29, they can leave the Russian Federation only once during quarantine.

If in the UK you have:

- Citizenship;

- Residency permit;

- Temporary residence permit

- Work or student visas,

Then your flight is possible!

The next flight on the route Moscow - London will take place on May 15, 2020, the cost of 1 seat from 3,500 euros.
